Who we are

Cypher Concierge is a London-based concierge. Contact is primarily via WhatsApp. Business details and registered information (if applicable) may be provided on request or in your membership confirmation.

Scope of Services

We provide concierge coordination: we source options, introduce or book third-party providers, and manage arrangements on your behalf. Unless explicitly agreed in writing, we do not provide the underlying third-party services ourselves (e.g., security, medical services, beauty treatments, travel operations).

Membership and eligibility

Certain Services are available only to members. Membership is paid, and availability depends on capacity, location, and partner availability. We may accept or decline membership requests at our discretion.

Requests, confirmations and availability

All requests are subject to availability. Bookings are confirmed only when you receive written confirmation from us (e.g., WhatsApp message or email confirmation). Times, locations, and provider availability may change; we will inform you promptly of any material changes.

Fees, deposits and payment

Fees may include membership fees, concierge fees, third-party provider fees, and/or deposits. You will be informed of applicable fees before confirmation. Where a deposit or upfront payment is required, the request may not be actioned until payment is received.

Cancellations and refunds

Cancellation and refund terms may vary by provider and service type. If you cancel, you may be responsible for provider cancellation fees and any non-refundable amounts. We will communicate the relevant cancellation terms before confirming the booking where practical.

Client responsibilities

You agree to provide accurate information, respond in a timely manner to confirmations, and behave lawfully and respectfully toward providers. You are responsible for complying with all applicable laws, venue rules, and provider policies.

Intellectual property

All website content, branding and materials are owned by or licensed to Cypher Concierge and may not be copied or reused without permission.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Cypher Concierge shall not be liable for indirect or consequential losses, loss of profit, loss of business, or loss of opportunity. Our total liability for any claim arising from the Services shall be limited to the concierge fees paid to us in relation to the relevant request, except where liability cannot be limited under applicable law.

Indemnity

You agree to indemnify Cypher Concierge against claims or losses arising from your unlawful use of the Services or your breach of these Terms.

Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The “Last updated” date will be revised accordingly. Continued use of the website or Services indicates acceptance of the updated Terms.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. The courts of England and Wales shall have exclusive jurisdiction, subject to any mandatory consumer protections.
